Therapist Certification

We verify TESDA NC II certification (or equivalent international qualification) for the majority of active therapists at each establishment. Clinics where fewer than 60% of therapists hold recognized certification cannot achieve a top-tier ranking regardless of other scores.

Hygiene Standards

Hygiene is assessed through anonymous visits, reviewing visible cleanliness, linen change protocols, equipment sanitization, ventilation quality, and staff personal hygiene practices. We also review DTI compliance documentation.

Price Transparency

Establishments that clearly display pricing, avoid hidden add-on charges, and maintain consistent pricing between quoted and billed amounts score highest in this category. We cross-reference staff verbal quotes against final bills.

Verified Outcomes

We aggregate verified reviews from Google Maps, independent review platforms, and structured client feedback collected through our site. Only recent reviews (within 18 months) are weighted. Reviews with suspicious patterns are flagged and removed from scoring.

Quarterly Re-Evaluation

All rankings are re-evaluated every quarter (January, April, July, October). Establishments that change ownership, receive sustained negative feedback, or fail to maintain hygiene certification are flagged for immediate review outside the quarterly cycle. Rankings are not guaranteed and can move in any direction.
